30-Day Return Period
Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must not have been altered, damaged, modified, or misused after delivery.
Return Shipping
Once a return has been approved, Tiny House Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping.
We will arrange the necessary return transportation at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Product Inspection
Every returned item is inspected upon arrival.
A refund may be refused or adjusted if the product has been damaged, modified, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
A return may be declined in the following circumstances:
- The product has been modified or altered after delivery.
- The product has been damaged through improper use, handling, or misuse.
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period.
